Mesh Cloth

Mesh cloth is a PVC cloth of with an open mesh structure. The woven construction with small holes, makes the material transparent and somewhat breathable. The fabric has a matte appearance.

The maximum one-piece print width is 478 cm with hems (and rings) and a tunnel. Are you going for clean cut and rings? Then you can assume a maximum print width of 494 cm in one piece. The material has a weight of 270 g/m2.

Airtight and slightly translucent

Air and some light passes through the small holes in the fabric, preserving the natural light behind it. You can see through the material.

Most common applications

Mesh cloth is mainly used as building fence cloth, fencing banner, banner, scaffolding cloth or XL cloth.

Because the material is breathable, it is resistant to wind. In addition, the material is also water repellent and because of these two things it can be used well outdoors. In addition, the material is also fire retardant and can therefore be used in public areas.

Extra contrast for a clear message

When designing, keep in mind that the prints are less powerful due to the open hole structure. Therefore, provide extra contrast in the design for a clear message.
