Description
A PVC-free banner is produced without the use of polyvinyl chloride (PVC). This is a common plastic that can be harmful to the environment and health. A PVC-free banner is produced using alternative materials such as polyester, nylon, canvas or mesh. As a result, they tend to be more durable and recyclable than traditional PVC banners and are suitable for the same purposes.
PVC-free banners in our range are ProPES FR and Propes Outdoor. These polyester materials are printed with environmentally friendly inks. The inks do not break which allows the fabric to be folded. This makes it easier, more economical and more durable to transport.
ProPES FR is fire retardant
Fire certification makes ProPES FR suitable for use in public areas, such as a trade show or festival. This material is suitable for indoor and temporary outdoor use. ProPES FR is mainly used as construction fence banner, crowd barrier banner, fencing banner, banner and XL banner.
ProPES Outdoor is water repellent
Because of the water-repellent coating, dirty water does not stick. It simply rolls off the fabric. ProPES Outdoor is therefore very suitable for outdoor use. The material can also be used indoors, but not in public areas. This is because the material has no fire certification. ProPES Outdoor is popular as banner frame, building fence cloth, crowd barrier cloth, fence banner, parasol, placemats and decorative pillows.
Finishes
Various finishes are possible. When you choose rings, conical rings are used. That way the rings don't tear out of the fabric easily. In addition, you can also choose a round tendon or tunnel. Good to know: ProPES does not fray and therefore does not require hemming. This applies to both variants.
