Backlit Cloth

Backlit cloth is a PVC cloth for use in light boxes. The translucent nature of the fabric ensures an evenly lit and sharp image that is clearly visible at all times. The main advantage of this material is that the light is evenly distributed. This makes your entire canvas highly visible.

The material has a maximum print width of 494 cm in one piece and is therefore suitable for the largest frames. The material has a weight of 450 grams/m2.

200% full color print

Backlit cloth receives a 200% full color print. Thus, it provides strong colors in backlit applications. When the cloth is not backlit, you get very dark colors. This is due to the double layer of ink. When you do illuminate the cloth you get a sharp, powerful and bright print.

Most common applications

Backlit fabric is mainly used as a fabric type for light boxes. It can also be used as a banner. The fabric is water-repellent and is therefore suitable for outdoor applications. The material can also be used indoors, even in public areas. This is because the material is fire retardant.

Finishing options

For Backlit cloth, there are different finishes available. For example, you can opt for clean cutting. You can also have your cloth hemmed and/or ringed or fitted with a tendon.
